RETURN POLICY

1. RETURN WINDOW
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories.

2. ELIGIBLE ITEMS
Most products are eligible for return. Exceptions include:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Clearance and final sale items
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to misuse or assembly errors

3. RETURN PROCESS
1. Contact support@toughroofstore.com to initiate a return
2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. We will provide a prepaid return label for eligible returns
4. Pack the item securely in original packaging
5. Attach the return label and drop off at the designated carrier

4. REFUNDS
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed

5. EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
