SHIPPING POLICY

1. SHIPPING AREAS
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not currently ship internationally.

2. SHIPPING COSTS
- Free standard shipping on orders over $75
- $9.99 flat rate for orders under $75
- Heavy item surcharge may apply to select furniture pieces

3. PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

4. DELIVERY TIMES
- Standard shipping: 5-10 business days
- Large furniture items: 10-14 business days
- Delivery times may vary based on destination and carrier

5. TRACKING
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

6. DELIVERY
- Most items are delivered via ground shipping carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS)
- Large furniture items may be delivered via freight carriers
- Signature may be required for high-value orders
- We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes for oversized items

7. DELAYS
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

8. MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us within 48 hours at support@toughroofstore.com with photos and your order number.
